I spent a chunk of yesterday afternoon at a city council committee public hearing on a proposed smoke-free ordinance that defines use of e-cigs as smoking. I spoke. I was the only one there specifically to talk about e-cigs, though a couple of bar owners mentioned them. The council members made eye contact and seemed to listen when i spoke, but it's anyone's guess whether they'll amend the ordinance.

Wildsky..I too can have selective hearing at times. I get that way when I'm on the computer reading and someone comes in to ask me something or just to talk to me. I find it hard sometimes to tune into what they are saying.

I've spent so much time on computers that I feel my attention span is shot..I used to read 2 to 3 books a week, now I can barely get through a chapter before I either fall asleep or lose interest. I think the internet has changed the way I read. Anyone else feel this way?

I'm with you on this! I also used to read a few books a week and now I find they make me sleepy too, no matter what time of day it is. However, I can read on the computer for hours! Now that I work in front of a computer all day too, so that probably doesn't help either. I just ordered a new book though, hopefully I can get through it w/o falling asleep and losing my place too many times, lol.

Keyzy, that's a FANTASTIC blog entry, and I'm so glad you posted it! I've been searching all morning for detailed information about this incident. I suspected there was likely a mod involved, but could not find any details whatsoever. I have to admit I've thought about it every time I've puffed on my PV this morning, and I've been puffing much less than usual! But I'm not using a mod. I'm not using an automatic battery. I think my GoGo is safe, as are my Elite and other manual 808 batteries, and I firmly believe I'm much better off puffing on these things than puffing on analogs!
