The alerts were already issued to the troops to take extra precautions. The travel advisory is for torists in Middle East countries to stay away from crowds and to pay attention.
I am so proud of our troops and intel! God Bless them.

The news about Osama bin Laden is exciting and frightening all at the same time. Exciting because at long last the head of Al Qaeda is dead. We have proven to the world that you can run, but you can't hide forever. It's frightening because my oldest son is in Afghanistan right now. I pray for him and all of our troops that they'll be safe and come home soon!

I have a cold..I hate colds! Funny though, I have the stuffy nose and cough but no fever or light sensitivity. Gosh I hope I didn't give this to all 200 people I hugged yesterday! Ratz..and here I thought my allergies were acting up!

I thought I had a cold for a few days and then it went away. I never get over colds that fast so I think I also had a nasty case of alergies. Rest up and get plenty of fluids it will help loosen and thin out your secretions.

I signed up for Summer classes... I have long days ahead of me, I start at 8 in the morning & end at 4:50 pm Weds & Thurs, that makes me getting back to Iowa City somewhere around 6:30 or 7pm then go to work on certain Fridays at 6am. I have to remind myself it is only for 12 weeks. But still ugh!

Hope you feel better soon Mary Kay. You've been under a lot of stress lately too. Try extending your left arm (palm up), then cup your arm firmly every coupla inches from your shoulder down to your wrist. Keep it up for one minute, then do the other arm. Chant the sound "seee" while you're doing it. Don't chant from your mouth, chant from your chest.

You can do it!!!! Make sure you get some rest in between all of that.

Thanks Sea I need all the cheer I can get I'm trying not to worry about it 2 much. I think I will have to rearrange some things with Mr. Gary so that I just see him, after fri cause I'm not gonna wanna do much after that drive but eat and sleep, then get up and be at work at 6am.

I think you are gonna love those box mods ! When I first started with my 510....and multiple batteries (10)...the first mod I bought was a box ! Then I bought 2 more to stash away ! The cost and vape you get just can't be beat !
