My steamer showed up to replace my one I used this week that was on it's last leg... But you would think my batteries would be here that I ordered a week ago would have made it sooner! I hope they show before I go to break! Anyways that's not my only stressor today.

I have to get a 78% on my final for Med Surg! I am stressing! I have a 79.43 that is passing but this test is 20% of my grade. I'll make it I know I will, but I am still not taking this lightly! This class has been kicking my behind all semester! It seems I am not the only one tho, my clinical mates are teetering on the edge too! I also heard the last class had 32 people fail the test & fail the class! Not feeling so great about things atm...
Mom is coming tomorrow, I cracked a bottle of wine open. I'm chilling. Tonight I relax, because until Monday there will be no relaxing till I see that grade.

Oh Classy I think I could give you a hug right now! Did you see that in your crystal ball? Please tell me you did? I am so out of the loop as to fires, the only thing I know is smoking is my brain... Well the fire is out now, I think I pickled it!

Smoke from the fire has been reported from Augusta, Ga., to Tampa Bay, Fla.

Yes that's going (medic on KBV thread is working on it! ) But today it's near Lutz Lake Fern Road by Heritage Harbour neighborhood. News is sketchy...not giving good details and google brings up 1 article! ugh. My dad lives right across the street in Cheval.

Finally caught it on the news last night......I am about 10 miles North East of that. I shoulda been smelling it. my wind comes from that way most of the time !

Bet the Cheval people were a bit worried !

So weird, I just talked to my Dad and he was like what fire? Amazing because on the map HHarbour is really close to cheval!? I guess the firefighters really got it under control...Glad everyone is safe. Wine and chocolate for everyone!

Omg! I gave mom the keys to the car & she has been gone for 3 hrs! We have an hour till we have to be at the ceremony! She was late to her own wedding so why should this be any different! Love her I really do! She has yet to shower b/c she was trying to find hair color. *shakes head*

She did NOT get her hair colored. But we made it in time, had a nice time. Hope tomorrow I can load up pics she is crashed out on the mattress by my big computer. We started at 5:30 b/c we both were ready to get up*lol* anyways she went and got me a grad gift, a pretty string of lights that match my room and a card. She admitted she forgot what time we had to be there. Darn woman I love her, but she is a hare brain some days.
