Wish I had gone ahead and joined in March when I started reading here but I was afraid to !!!
Not any more MK....... was a bit heftier as an M&M...but this pole dancing does wonders for the diet!!!!!
Ya know....for real...pole dancing is the new "trend" for exercise ......I hurt thinking about it !!!!!
Next it will be pole leading in high school ! The girls are so young doing this !
I didn'y do the barr or ballet pole back then..won't slip a hip on one now//upright or not! I didn't sign on to be a fireman! LOL
my dogs hate it when i do any exercise that isn't involved in taking them for a walk. come to think about it they're less than thrilled with anything else that i do that isn't walking them or petting them . go figure. 
If I roll on my back on the floor to stretch one of my cats thinks it is time to love up in my face !
Ditto that!!!!
One of my cats would lick and chew on my son's hair after he got out of the shower. It was like he was saying hey you missed a spot
