Good Morning ladies or afternoon Yesterday was day 9 and still going good 24 more days to go Seems gloomy outside and hope it is not that cold Haven't been outside yet But have to go to work at 3PM I hope to keep working throughout this whole radiation process

Took us almost an hour just to get the damn thing open, and we'd still have to take off the front to replace the belt. We're going to do it, because I NEED my dryer! Gotta go get the belt first and it's probably going to have to wait until tomorrow since I have to work

Why does this stuff always happen when you need it?

For quick drying of stuff I need right now, I'm doing it the old fashioned way on the open oven door

Well my week has been just dandy Sick on Wednesday and Thursday Sewer backed up on Thursday....DH noticed it outside first...thank goodness!! Friday we found out that the city is putting in a new waterline. We have to take the fence down and move it We also have to take down the pool They are both on the easement but we were hoping we wouldn't ever have to do it!! They will also be tearing up our driveway, so we will have no place to park Can't park in the front of the house or we will get a ticket it's a no parking from 8-5 M-F. This really bites!!!

Just trying to think about all the good things like the fact that we are all healthy and happy!!!

Yeah it really does stink!! They are cutting down all the trees in the way too DH said they better not be sending us a letter for parking in the front yard.....that's the only choice we see right now. The neighbors only have a one lane driveway so that' out. Fingers crossed they get it done quickly and replace the driveway properly!!

Dang Fudgey! Need a stiff drink? lol. I'd be a livid raging mad woman with all that going on & them tearing up my stuff. Hope they get it done fast and things get back to normal PDQ for ya.

Not much we can do about it since it's really city property. But yeah......I'm pretty mad!! They said 2 to 3 weeks......3 weeks is Thanksgiving Fingers crossed for 4.

this thing about trees reminds me of the go green motto we have been participating in. I can't help but think.. why do we strive so hard to protect our environment but babies are killed everyday? trees are life.. but so are babies

Since I impulsively got an iPAD last summer, I don't have to look at the new ereaders, just steal the app and find the free books. whew.
