I NEED a starbucks....Espresso keeps me going. I am sooo worn out today. Hope you all have a great day. Its raining and warm here(43*). The kennel is a mud pit. The dogs love it. Go figure. Lots of mopping for me. Youngest is watching Elmo, eating eggs, and singing. What could be better?[/QUOTE]

.....I thought you meant youngest dog at first!

Hi there Ladies :) I apologize if I worried any of you :) I just been concentrating on my radiation, which ended this past Monday :) Longest 6 weeks of my life, it seems like :)

Just have to rest now and get my fatigue out of the way and then I go back to work January 16th :) Follow up is on January 9th :) But I AM okay for the most part :)

I pray for everyone that have health issues, everyone that is recuperating from health issues :) We don't want anymore health issues :) AMEN!!!!

I cooked Thanksgiving dinner for the gentleman that I work for at nite :) Hubby and I went to his house for Thanksgivng :) He was so thankful for that, because he hasn't had anyone spend Thanksgiving with him since the late 90's :) I made his favorite pineapple-upside down cake and 2 pumpkin pies :) He was in heaven with the desserts :) Hubby and I have no one here, so it was nice to spend Thanksgivng with him :) I cooked everything and we watched movies :) He was so happy to have a Thanksgiving meal cooked homemade for him :) His youngest son thanked me for doing that for his dad :) He said that it meant alot to him, that someone would do that for his dad :) It's the small things in life that make people happy :)

I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas :) If you are travelling to family and friends homes, please be safe :) May God watch over all of you, travelling or not :)

Hugs to all,
Mele Kalikimaka

Thanks ladies :) It's always nice to think of someone else besides yourself, when they are less fortunate :) Besides it helped me keep my mind off of my problems, which helped tremendously :) I may do the same for him for Christmas :) He was in the hospital last year during the holidays for about a month :) His son is here, so it will be even more special for him :)

Thanks a bunch ladies :)
Hugs,
