When in doubt, I always go with peanut M&Ms. Low glycemic index. Empty calories - well not totally, there IS protein in those peanuts! But at least the low glycemic index keeps them from going straight to my hips

Protein is good....even if it is covered in chocolate I like the hershey bar with almonds......yummy!!
