You also could kill your atty/Cartomizer. Kitchen type extracts have lots of oil and sugar in them..atty killers. A dab may not hurt but I would still be wary.

Been making my own juice for weeks without trouble. They need to be cleaned just as often as premade juice use. And, LorAnns flavors are oil based. Alot of the juices being made are using sugar/oil flavorings. Also, most kitchen ecxtracts are mostly alcohol and water. Some up to 90% alcohol. There may be some carmel color etc., but there is a reason most premaid juices are dark. Carmel color.

DIY forum has some warnings on some peppermint implementations. Not all Loranns are oil based, there is a thread that lists which are and are not favored for ejuice use.

I have some Peppermint PA flavoring I used to spice up the peppermint patty but it just doesn't have the kick that the Wow peppermint juice does. Will do in a pinch if I have to but I would prefer to order more of the V4L flavor :)

NONE of the LorAnns flavors were developed for e-cigs. I have called them up to get a wholesale account. When I mentioned e-cigs she said "Oh right, people are doing that now. We've had hundreds of calls in the last couple months". Guess what, alot juices are using LorAnns flavorings now. I just assume it is LorAnns(or similar) unless otherwise noted. Like I said, been using every type of flavoring I can get my hands on for weeks, I only have lost one atty as of last night(R.I.P.). I'm trying to recessatate it, but I think it's gone. If your really worried about your health with the flavorings, maybe you should vape flavorless, because the majority of juices are not declairing what is actually in their juice. Guess you could just stick to suppliers who declare their ingredients *shrug* I don't know of any. Sorry for the rant, just my :2c:

Oh and for the record, Kroger imitation Maple Flavor has Water, artificial flavor, carmel color, and propelyne glycol. Thats right it's a PG base. Imitation Butter Flavor: Water, PG, artificial flavor and yellow #5. Not much different than the "Made for e-cig" flavors. In fact, how do you know they make the flavors themselves, I mean besides mixing different bases. I doubt that they are creating artificial flavors themselves, it's not cost effective. Sorry again, I'm just tired of misinformation.
