Know of a good subsitute? I went to my local Lowe's, Home Depot, and hardware store. No one has it, and didn't act like they knew what I was talking about. Maybe one of our online vendors has it? Thanks.
I use permatex dielectric grease. Get it at autozone
Also, in my experience if you ask at Home Depot or Lowes, you're lost. They always tuck it in the electrical section and I always have to find it myself.
As noted Super T also sells it. Somebody once suggested white lithium grease but that doesn't fix the conductivity problem. -Magnus
+1 for upStomp's post. I asked at Lowe's and they didn't have a clue. Saw a post re: the multi-meters, went back and there it was. I now have a 13.8 x 10^27 application supply![]()
