When i get my precise 18350, should I or should I not use noalox on threads. The threads connecting the 510 device, and battery end cap.

I think you'll get different answers.
I don't use Noalox or any similar products. This approach seems to be something David concurs with:

I no longer recommend any noalox/vaseline/deoxit-gold/etc. on the new PrecisePlus's. All those are petroleum based anti oxidants and they aren't necessary anywhere on the mod.

But then again, when using the Kick, he has said its use on Kick contacts might help:

Yes, definitely put the noalox on all the kick contacts and a bit where the kicks side ground contacts the body, it helps.

Also, make sure the PrecisePlus bottom switch contact is tight. I get a few units in for reconditioning where its only finger tight! I make the grooves in it deep enough for a screwdriver for a purpose :)
Anyway, I quit using it on any of my mods quite awhile back with no problems and less goo.
