If you want to vape plain VG and PG in that concentration then you made the right choice. The only difference is it's mixed for you. You can also mix it yourself buying seperate VG and PG. If you want to increase the 20/80 concentration to lets say 40/60 then having some PG on hand will accomplish that.
The question is:

What are you trying to accomplish in your final mix?
Do you want to vape a mixture with or without NIC?
What are you exactly trying to make?

With those questions answered we can help you further.

There are many good venders that sell flavoring you just need to search the forum. Here are just a few:

You are better off buying VG and PG separately if you are planning on making flavored eliquids, which is what I'm going to assume you will want to do. The reason being is that the flavors you add may be PG based which will change your overall percentage of PG/VG, and your nic base will also change it. And you most likely will like trying several recipes with different percentages of flavoring added, which will also make your PG/VG vary. It's just way easier to have both separate so you can fine tune it all easier once you know what all you want to add. You can still use up what you bought already though, but you will probably need to buy VG and PG separately still to add to it as you go.
