hey guys and gals. ive been reading a little bit here, and watching some of the videos. good info. so my girlfriend went out and got a kit for us to share. its a dual kit (has 2 complete ecigs) sofar im liking it, works pretty good nd really kicks that smoke craving, to my surprise. my only question is this. she got us the vapor king starter kit. what is your experience with it and opinions. thanks in advance

it just says vapor king on it, my girl got it at a mall kiosk. the price was, well alot, but he threw in alot of stuff too. any thoughts on the quality/reliability of it? a friend said it was basically a joye 510 knock off.

I did a goog search and it does appear to be a 510. I have never owned one, so can't comment on it. My guess is other than paying retail price it's probably fine. There are fans of the 510 model...
If you decide you want to get another kit (and since there are two of you using it I suspect you will) I would like into the EGO. It is a 510 basically, but a fat battery and a change will last 5-8 hours...
A standard 510 has a 180 mah battery.. the standard EGO has 680.... so you can see the difference...

my friend offered to sell me his ego for 30, its used but not very much. i told him if he can hold it til next friday id get it from him
Awesome. Defintiely buy it. You will like it more than the 510 you have. More consistent hits because of the battery life.
yeah im noticing that some hits are small and some are big. i think im drawing the same each time but some just arent that big. i also notice that it seems like im refilling it alot. like every 20 puffs. any thoughts on that?

2. Pre-filled cartomizers do not taste that great. Therefore, order liquid. Much more vapor, much more taste. Not even close.
Some people prefer to use an atomizer and a cartridge instead of a cartomizer. I much prefer the cartomizer and is far simpler, in my estimation. Why i think for newbs it is the only way to go...

It sounds like you are using cartridges. In my view they simply do not last very long before having to refill. Cartomizers are better...
Cartomizer = atomizer and cartridge in one piece...and can also be re-filled.
Egos seem to be great there are tons of people on this forum running them and loving them. There is also a bat thats very similar to an ego called the hello 016 that is 1300 mah and right around the same size as well. Just another option for you to look into for super long charge life as well.
yeah its a 3 piece ecig, batt, atomizer, cart. we got the standard wall charger, a usb charger, 2- 5 packs of carts, 10ml of high menthol for me, 10ml of tobacco for my gf, and the 2 ecigs in the starter kit. i tried the tobacco flaov and it tastes like nuts. kinda a funky flavor in my opinion
Trust me on the cartomizer thing. I can fill one and puff away for a long long time. With a cartridge it seems to run out quickly... I do not like them personally.

how long does it take to charge the hello 015 batt, and can it use the stock charger i already have?
can i use cartomizers with the batt i already have, basically making it a 2 piece instead of a three?
Yeah what TheBuss said, the 510 mega/xl carto's will hold almost 1ml of juice, the cartomizer will probably last longer then the charge in your 510 battery.
awsome, well thank you very much thebuss, that was very helpful info and extremely quick too. i can tell this is def the place to be for ecigs. i do alot of mods for rrradio controlled cars and planes so maybe i can work out some neat mods for these e cigs too! thanks again, its much appreicated
Squid, do you think the taste is good with the Mega carto's? I thought i saw somewhere that someone did not like them as well for taste, but I can't recall for certain...
