Ok total noob question. I'm vaping with my eGo and having a grand ol' time. Why would I want to spend the extra $$$ and carry a larger unit by getting something like a box mod or an Infinity. Is it that much better? if so why? what are the pros/cons. I seem to see varying opinions.
I have an eGo that I'm very content with as well, but I plan to get a mod for the simple reason that I want to use something that doesn't take proprietary batteries. I'm trying to build up a stash of supplies in the event that everything "e-cig" related becomes hard to obtain due to the FDA/Big Tobacco/Big Pharma getting their way (which, in all honesty - I don't really think is going to happen, but I still just want to be prepared)
Proprietary batteries (well, ANY battery) will die eventually if stored for too long, so I want to use a device where I can easily buy the batteries as needed.
Sounds great. Thanks for the response Big Daddy Harley. Is that Reo Grand 3.7v and if so will that heat the vapor?
I use mods so I can hit harder in bar fights...sure the ego is like a nice roll of nickles but my mods I can use as a small bludgeon.
I love my REO. The convenience of not having to mess with filling cartos and changing batteries all day is wonderful. The biggest problem I find with it is I generally get bored with vaping the same flavor all day long so I keep my eGo-T with an alternate flavor sitting nearby also. It's funny because when I smoked I never even thought about the flavor of the cigarettes. I never felt the desire to have alternate flavors sitting around.
