Hello all, Ive been lurking here for awhile and am ready to make the jump as I am almost out of analogs and dont want to buy another 2 cartons and continue down this path.
I have a few questions...
1) How often do vapers vape? Do you treat it like a smoke, taking 20+ drags and then going for an hour or so without until you would normally light up again or do you just vape all day long?
2) I live in NY and get cigs for $2.30 a pack from the reservations. I smoke about a pack a day, 2 if I'm out and about on the weekend and drinking. Comparatively, how much would juices cost me?
3) I like the cig style ecigs and am going to pick up a Smoov kit at a local vape store. I think a cig style would be most comfortable and help me quit. I've only seen a one review and I guess Smoov's juices aren't that good. Can I use any juice?
4) If most cig to vapers made the switch to quit smoking...why do so many spend hundreds of dollars buying every mod they can find? Isn't that continuing the nicotine addiction and costing just as much? I see alot of folks on here have gone to Varis at a cost of $180 after shelling out $30-100 a few times before that. Not criticizing, just wonder if vaping becomes an addiction in itself.
Thanks

So for me it's about utility. What can get me the best vape. I wont buy a new device that I know preforms exactly like my Zmax since I already know how my Zmax performs. My point is that you have to realize that you are on "THE e-cig forum" and that the people here are the more dedicated side of vaping. There are people that are completely content with a tiny little eGo and 1 flavor. But they most likely are not searching the forums for some new or better technique for vaping. I was a PAD guy for a while and I had to make vaping a hobby and do it all day to quit analogs. Now I feel way healthier! I can breath again. I can play a game of ultimate Frisbee without getting winded. I didn't even realize how bad it was until I quit.
