Noob vaper has a question

Hello all, thanks for having me here.

I've been vaping for about a month. I have to say that I don't miss the analog cig at all (I actually tried one about 2 days ago and had to pitch it out after 1 puff, it tastes THAT bad now).

On to my question, has anyone ever tried going across the border with their vape gear, if so, what was the result??? I live in Canada and make about 3 trips a year to the USA and was wondering if I may be facing any issues at the border.

No problems. They might have a dog sniff your juice to check for [edited] but that's doubtful.

They will make you throw away your juice if it is more then 6 0z or whatever the rule was. i was going out of the country for a month so i bought a mothermilk 120ml and thought i can put it in my suitcase and it would be fine......... nope i landed got my suitcase and got to the hotel and went to reload after vaping on the plane and the airport all day and my bag had a note saying they searched my bag and threw away the bottle. i paid a ton for that and i was out of juice and ...... that is was night time and i ended up breaking down that weekend and going back to cigs. it was horrible and my throat was killing me that whole month from 1 pack. i tried again on the way back becuase i ordered some to my hotel room 2 space jam 15 ml. and i kept them in my carry on and didnt have any problems. I always had my ecig in my pocket so when i went threw security i just dropped it in the bucket and they scanned it and done and done.

I've been thinking about the same thing. When customs see a pipe or anything resembling it, they think of drugs. Personally, I would not chance it.

You should have no issues at all. They know what e-cigs are. As long as it's for personal use and you aren't bringing a LOT across the border, don't worry about it at all.

It's doubtful you would have any problems but they may ask you what it is.
