Hey all! Found your forum in an off-topic thread on a car forum and am glad I did.
Anyhow, been doing a little research on e-cigs as a way for me to stop smoking regular ("analog") cigarettes. I've been smoking for almost 10 years, used to smoke camel lights (a pack or more a day) but in the past couple years have switched to American Spirits (yellow pack) in an effort to cut back. Now on a good day can smoke 5 all day if I really try and have minimal stress, but usually 6-8 or so per day, half a pack (sometimes more) when drinking or long days at work.
I am pretty set on getting the nebula starter kit (unless someone has another suggestion..), just am unsure on which strength for my liquid? With my history of smoking and current habits, which strength would you suggest? I am thinking either the 11 or 6 mg, but am not quite sure. Don't want to be getting too much nicotine (i.e. more than I am now) but also don't want them to feel ineffective, making me want to pick up an analog.
Thanks in advance for your help.
