Hey guys just got myself an ego-c twist with mini nova and ce6 clearomizer and been enjoying my first vape. ive been trying some dekang USA mix 18mg in the ce6 and some Heaven Gifts rum flavor PG 18mg in the mini nova. both with a 1.8 ohm head. im getting great vapour and plenty of TH but the vapour seems a bit too hot for my liking. any suggestions on how to make smoke cooler? lower volts? different type of juice, different hardware? any advice would be much appreciated as im only new to all this.

Kanger T3 is a good bottom coil clearo - that gives a much cooler vape. But as the poster above says, try tweaking your voltage to get the perfect vape for you. I've found different juices need different voltages too - lower voltage = cooler vape. Don't be afraid to try twisting that thing.
I have a spinner and when I first started I was worried about changing the voltage, but now I'm tweaking it between hits to change it up a little - whatever works for you.

Since you state you already have it at the lowest setting, I would say Aglet has the right idea, try a bottom coil clearo like the T3. While I like my Vivi Nova and T2's, they are top coil and will have a warmer vape. I also like bottom coils like the Kanger T3 and Protank, carto tanks with a single coil carto would probably be a little cooler also. The further away from your mouth that the vapor is produced should result in more cooling before the vapor hits your mouth.

If you have a higher resistance head, you could try that at a low setting. However you then run the risk of lower vapor production and maybe less taste.

Good luck and welcome to ECF.

I have the T3 and definitely have a much cooler vape on it than I get from any top coils that I have tried. I think not only does the placement of the coils help, but the air tube running through the center of the T3 lets the juice sort of perform some heat dissipation. Bear in mind I am fairly limited in what I have tried, only had my ego twist and T3s for a week now.

I really don't know about the juice, I DIY mine. More PG gives more flavor and throat hit and is thinner so it wicks a little better. More VG will give more vapor, but it has a sweet taste and can mute the flavor a little and has less throat hit, VG is also thicker and doesn't wick as well. Some people add distilled water to high VG mixes, some add alcohol like Vodka or everclear to thin VG and give it more throat hit.

Me, I usually mix mine at 75%Pg and 25% Vg, but juice is very subjective, ask ten different vapors and you'll get ten different answers on what juice they prefer. You'll find that you will do a lot of juice testing looking for that perfect vape, I haven't found it yet, but I am still mixing and hoping.
