25 year analog smoker, one day I ran out of smokes, standing in a 7-11 (convenience store) waiting to buy some cheap analog smokes, on the counter they have disposable ecigs... My wife had bought me a cheap ECG kit at the mall... Complete waste of money... So I was skeptical... But the analogs were killing me... So I bought a pack of smoke and a disposable ecig i never had to open the pack of smokes... The disposable was pretty good... Changed my life forever... Much like everyone here I went online to find out more about vaping... Checked out a bunch of reviews... I went with the V2... It's an kr808d1 style 2 piece... The battery was putting out a whooping 4.7 volts... While waiting for my package to arrive... I continued to buy disposables... Trying out a couple of different brands...3 days later... I received my kit... And boy was it worth it...this thing blew the doors off my disposables... And the flavor was awesome... I have been off analogs for 2 months... I can taste my wife's incredible itailian cooking again ... And I feel great... The pack of analog smokes I bought that day now sit on my desk as a trophy to my new way of life... I started out with ecigs to stop smoking altogether.... My plan was to gradually reduce down to 0 nicotine... Then stop vaping too... But I love it... I achieved my goal of 0 nicotine... And I just started mixing... I am hooked

Welcome BarTendor- your experience with ecigs is similar to mine only I had smoked longer than 25 years. Additionally, I also started with the KR808d-1 ... have tried 510s, egos, etc but still prefer my 808s. If you're considering a larger batt with 808 threading, I can highly recommend the Volt X2 from SmokelessImage.com - their current stock is low (because they are so awesome!) but should have more very soon.

The best to you!
