I dual used for several years, then went back to smoking, before health issues forced me to turn to
vaping alone, and if you cannot tell, I am fairly enthusiastic about NOT just
vaping, but all my health gains!!! But, count the cigarettes you do not smoke, not the ones you do, each one is a step in the right direction. Keep
vaping, even if you are smoking some, that was the advice given to me here, and it was GOOD advice. I vaped BEFORE, and RIGHT after I smoked a cigarette, paying attention to how I felt, and whether it was good or not. (While dual using, it usually was NOT good.) I then vaped to remind myself that I was becoming a vaper. I think a study was posted recently (cannot for the life of me remember where) stating that dual users who kept vaping had a much higher likelihood of eventually turning to vaping alone, and so that advice was borne out. (I will note that once I was vaping exclusively and fell off the wagon here and there, the cigarette tasted GREAT, sigh. I had to smoke a bunch until they got awful again, then got smoking hangovers.... I don't miss that even slightly), which is why I am not a just One type of soul.... LOL. "Not a Just One type of Soul" should actually be engraved on my headstone after I die, in fact, I think I might mention it to the husband,

. It's certainly a Large Truth about me.....
