Hello from the uk. I'm new to the vaping scene. I have found lots of great information and advice through this site during my first 8 weeks of vaping, so I decided to sign up. Within the 8 week period I have purchased 20+ e-liquids and I am on my 3rd vaping kit. My current setup is an EVOD 650 mah battery with an EVOD clearomiser. My favorite e-liquid is Grizwald's Black cat, which I highly recommended to all new vapers. In fact all of Grizwalds liquids are fantastic from what I have read.

I am now looking into mods. I got my eye on an innokin iTaste SVD, which is looking promising.

Now that I have made the change from smoking to vaping I feel much healthier apart from the weight gain. My appetite has grown and food just tastes better, period. However, I am saving loads of money (currently £600.00) of which I am placing in a cash ISA, making interest. I plan on using my savings for a house deposit. Another plus is my dentist and doctor now think highly of me for quitting the 30 a day habit lol.

Vaping is my new hobby. Loving it.

Welcome to ECF!! :toast:

Might have to have you send a bottle of Grizwald's Black cat to this side of the pond, the reviews sound very good...
It's funny reading ECF, how many things we wish we had over here, and how many you wish you had there...:vapor:

Hi Stosh. Thanks for the welcome. I am thinking about getting into self mixing. I'm sure there a ton of threads on this site which will assist me. I heard it is the cheaper option. A good way to extend the hobby. :toast:

Welcome to ECF and to the wonderful world of vaping! :)
Yes, once you have found your setup and get into making the liquids DIY, you can save a lot of money.
Which is a nice addition to greatly improving your health. :)

Unless, of course, you get "shiny acquisition syndrome" :D
But even buying nice vaping gear is a lot better than having your money go up in smoke.

Hi Anjaffm, Thank you for the welcome. I think I might have caught the "shiny acquisition syndrome" already lol. Still way cheaper than cigs. I was spending on average £300 a month on cigs.

uh oh ;)

Oh gosh! Yeah, I used to spend about 200 Euro a month on cigs.
And one thing about buying nice vaping gear is that you get to KEEP the vaping gear and use it and enjoy it every day. Whereas, when you buy cigs, and you use them, all you have to show for your money is cigarette butts and ashes.

Yes, I prefer "shiny acquisition syndrome" to buying cigs :)
