personally i found the 510 cartos to be really iffy. some ran at 12-15w with no burnt taste, while others i couldn't even come close to that. equal resistance though…

same with the i06. i bought 2 and one can run at much higher wattage than the other, even though they're rated the same.

With cartos, the real variable that's beyond our control is the filler material. That can really affect the wicking ability. With the types that you're buying, though, you should be getting better results.

I'm stumped.

Although what gregamite just posted is short and to the point, he's right. The Kayfun and clones are one of the best, and most popular RBAs ever made... but, you will be required to make your own coil and wick arrangements.
coils can last anywhere from a week to a few months, depending on wire used and quality of build... wick will need to be replaced more frequently.

If all that is not for you, I suggest an IBT carto tank fit with Ikenvape or Boge 2.0Ω cartos... but 10 watts is the practical limit for either.
You can build your own low resistance cartos with a RBA carto like the diver... but then your back to building coils and wicks.

You really are expecting too much, unless you're willing to do the work.

that's actually exactly what i have, an IBT tank w/ IKV cartos. not really digging the carts though, I will probably buy a diver for it eventually. i wouldn't mind building my coils.
