Hopefully this will help any other noobs...

I got some black cherry juice last week and it was fine then. When I put some in my tank though it was waaay too strong flavor-wise. The local B&M shop was able to hook me up with some Clear 50/50 18mg juice that I mixed in. I tried 10% deluted with Clear but it wasn't enough. I jumped up to 33% (2ml Black Cherry / 1ml Clear), and it made it just right.

I probably missed another thread in my search dealing with this issue, so my apologies if this has already been addressed.

I've been vaping for over two months and recently discovered that all juice is way over flavored for me. Not just taste but the flavors irritate my throat. I now dilute all my juice with about 75% unflavored and they actually taste better to me. I DIY so I can mix the unflavored to the proper mg nic but it can be purchased at Nude Nicotine.

You could also cut it with USP grade vegetable glycerin. You can get a big bottle of it at the drug store for a couple of bucks. Of course it will cut the nic level down too.

I have tried the USP grade VG found at Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, etc and think this kind, Humco is the brand I believe, has a "chemical" taste and tends to make me cough like crazy when I vape with it.

IMO, the absolute BEST VG to use, especially when blending with other flavors, is the Wilton brand, found at Hobby Lobby, Michaels Craft Stores, Joann Fabrics & Crafts, etc. You can find it in the cake decorating aisles. The Wilton is used in making icing for cakes, so maybe that's why it has a sweeter flavor to it. It's also a heck of a lot more smoother IMO.
Good luck, and Happy Vaping!! :)
