Hi folks,

I have been e-smoking for just 3 days and I have found nothing but advantages with e-smoking and my list keeps growing. Thought I'd share. Maybe others can add their experiences for a bit of fun....Here goes.

1) wife has stopped nagging about my getting cancer
2) wife has stopped nagging about my smoking inside
3) wife has stopped nagging about my room and her curtains smelling horrible
4) My morning cigarette is no longer smoked outside in chilly winds, pouring rain, suffocating heat etc.
5) My car ashtray is no longer full of ash
6) I don't have any cigarette butts to dispose of
7) I don't need a lighter any more
8) Smoke getting in my eyes doesn't hurt
9) I'm not inhaling 4000 chemicals any more
10) I am less worried about my asthma
11) I am less worried about getting cancer
12) I have been smoking in the office for three days and nobody has even noticed!
13) I don't need foul-smelling ash trays around the house
14) I am not getting harassed about secondary smoke
15) My clothes/breath don't give away the fact that I smoke
16) I satisfy my nicotine dependency in a healthier way
17) It's COOL!
18) I have created an ongoing buzz among smokers at work when I'm e-smoking
19) When I'm smoking while driving I can just place the cigarette on the passenger seat when I need to use both hands properly (so my driving is safer)
20) I can increase/lower my nicotine intake without changing cigarette brand/taste etc
21) I can even smoke and NOT get any nicotine if I want
22) I feel less guilty when smoking
23) I am taking less cigarette breaks outside so I spend more time in the office and hence am more productive
24) I don't have to smoke a whole cig in one go now that my cigarette doesn't burn away on its own if I stop puffing for a minute!.
25) I have a healthier alternative to present to my daughter should she ever take up smoking
26) I can (or should be able to) smoke in bars and restaurants without getting thrown out or fined (hmm...local laws say nothing about e-smoking)

Enough....I can go on for ages but maybe someone else wants to have a go.... :D

Congratulations. It's an excellent list. And your personal improvements will continue. Wait until the health benefits of stopping cigarettes really kick in.

Your new addiction should cost less also and certainly set a better example for anyone looking up to you, like a daughter. Maybe someday you'll even become nicotine-free. With e-smoking, it's up to you.
