I would love to order again but as they say nothing breaks when you want it too. I have two orders on the way as we speak. If I ordered again my wife my take off my head. Going to have to just suck it up and wait till the the new year.:( The good thing is that i got three of those sweet shortys comin. Just got to remember the mantra charge charge charge!!

I just finished talking to our engineer about the PTs. We are reinforcing the cable with the same kind of flexible rubber end that the USB connector end has, to prevent it from twisting around. We are adding a coiled section to the USB end, as a shock absorber and to add extra length without being cumbersome. We are improving the manual buttons (on ALL our manuals, not just the manual PTs) so they will be thicker with more resistance and a more solid "click." And, for safety's sake, we are putting an auto cutoff back in, but it will be 20 seconds, to satisfy those vapers with extra large lung capacity. :)

I will get samples first of course, and stress test them to make sure these ideas work, and will result in a hardier PT for everyone. :thumb:

Thank you!
I used a glue gun to put a dab around the cord connection to keep it from turning. It made my pretty PT not pretty. When you get these is some lucky friend will get my gloopy little PT :D

Darn it! Oh well, consolation prize.

Did anyone correctly name it? It's always important to correctly name a thing, then it's all easy. ;)

The one in the photo is a multiflex rib cable strain relief. The common types are: Solid, Flex Rib, Uniflex, and Multiflex cable strain relief. :)

That sounds perfect Leaford....damn Steve should have sent you to China AGES ago!

You mean I should have accepted Steve's job offer ages ago. I resisted for a LOOOONG time, wanting to keep my independence as a reviewer. Now I am kicking myself for not accepting sooner, because being hands-on like this is WAAAY better, and much more fun! :D :D

No, no one else named it correctly. Not even me. ;) Good info. Now, can you say it in Cantonese? :D :D
