I ordered my second Vamo on Sept 19th. Imagine my delight when the "Out for Delivery" notice came up. But that's the wrong zip code, you evil VapeMailians. So it goes back to the sort facility and then this happens.

From what I understand, once a package is marked "Out for Delivery," it starts a 14 hour clock. If it is not marked as delivered within that 14 hour period, the "Delivery Status not Updated" is automatic.

The time stamps between the delivery status notification and not updated is exactly 14 hours.

So, maybe it comes today?

Anyone else had this evil perpetrated upon them?

Do I need to sacrifice something cute, cuddly or otherwise chaste?

Well, the good news is that Tracking is working, and that the mail carriers are scanning

I hate it when tracking isn't being updated. That's when I would worry.

I just got off the phone with the nice lady at 1800-ASK-USPS. Apparently, my wandering Vamo was sent to a facility that was incapable of completing the delivery and was marked "Missent." According to the nice lady, this is all USPS' fault.

It's not the shipper's fault--the package was properly addressed.

They opened a case number and a local supervisor is supposed to track down the wayward mod package and call me with details.
