Nord 2 not turning on

I just got mine yesterday.
It is at 100% charge but will not turn on.

I personally have no use for a pod type device but there are some good ones out there. I'm sure others here will recommend some.

Don't know anything about the nord, wife has a caliburn, it works for her, and at least for her the pods last a long time.

I have a Nord, it does not do 5 clicks on/off, but I don’t know if the 2 does. If not, you may have a dud. Are the contacts touching the coil properly?
