Nose gets plugged up

My nose gets plugged up rather quickly when I exhale the vapor out of my nostrils. It's not like a runny watery kind of plugged up. More of a dry flaky plugged up.

Does this happen with anyone else?

This happens to me when I haven't been drinking enough water. Make sure that you're staying hydrated because both PG and VG attract moisture, even in your nose!

Exhaling through my nose , actually makes my nose a little runny , at first , then just dry . Don't get any stuffiness , at all . In fact , since I started vaping , I have a lot less sinus type headaches . Yet another health benefit . Yea................

I will stay more hydrated! It's hard when you work in an office though. I hate getting up to get water and pee all day.

Me too, every night. A whole day of vaping, my nose is stuffed after dinner. Not only that, I lose a lot of sense of smell, can't enjoy vaping as much. I can feel a total lack of moisture in the nose. Water! Humidifier?

Maybe a nasal spray of some sort would be good?

i discovered for me its pg..and water definitely helps. so now i order as little pg as possible. do some testing and vape some bobas or 100% all day and see if you still get it

Maybe I'll try 100% VG, see if it makes a difference.

I vaped 100% VG and I'm still dry, an oilier kind of dry. Washing nostrils with water helps.

Both PG & VG are humectants that suck up water, price of vaping? What is an Humectant?
