Those who know about the 7 day return policy Cigeasy has for their products should already know that it is important to inspect and use all their items immediately upon arrival.

Those who don't know this (me) will get to know this the hard way. Unless you read this post.

I just cracked open my second battery from the gogo kit I bought off Cigeasy, to my surprise I am noticing that it is a DOA (dead on arrival battery). No problem I said, let me just write them a friendly email explaining to them that it has been about a month since purchase and that I am just now getting around to using the second battery (I am not a daily vaper). To my surprise, again I greeted by a friendly customer service agent, who informs me that there is no possibility for an exchange. This is understandable as I sort of expected a 30 day warrantee, but seven days is a little bit short for practically anyone to really get a good feel for these long lasting batteries, plus actual function of the device.

I simply wrote her back thanking her and wished she would suggest to her boss, that they extend the warrantee period, to say 30 days. I unfortunately will no longer ever purchase another item from them, because the thought of a seven day warrantee policy does not sit well with me.

Hi there Hmm, before you give up the ghost on the battery have you tried all the available lessons learned to try and revive this battery? For example pulling up the battery post a smidge, filing down the plastic lip on the battery charger connector, slightly twisting the on/off button a little or heck even trying to rapidly click the button just in case it may actually be one of the rare 3 click on/off feature batteries for the go go and it may be in the off position.

Check the Go Go Specific thread and Mohawkx Go Go Thread as well and trouble shoot the problem before laying a possibly usable battery to rest.

The Go Go Nation is always available for consultation and triage on wayward sick or injured Go Go's

Thanks Devonmooshire,
I opened it and I guess just re-seating the insides must have done something, because it is working now.

YES! SUCCESS!

That is why I like this forum so much, I post my stress and folks answer and help right away!

I also just want to add that the customer service rep at CigEasy was very helpful. I still think that the seven day policy is a bit short, but I have nothing but compliments for the company otherwise.

Back to being a happy customer. :)

That is Awesome to hear Hmm :D:D It is an absolute pleasure. We really are somewhat of a subculture in the Go Go Nation, most all of us own other PV's, myself included, and a lot of us are also "Tinkerer's" so we go through all sorts of trials and tribulations to figure out a problem if we can :D

Very happy that you are back to happy Go Goer :D

Happy Vaping;
