Hello ECF members. I am not new to vaping and I have been making DIY since 2013. My specialty is mostly researching, figuring out and finding clones. There are many avenues I go through be it in the lab, other DIYer's, or online. I do however make some of my own potions but I have lots of fun with clones.Too much fun sometimes. I know some find that cheap, some even disturbing but I believe the prices of some e-liquids are just ridiculously overpriced and unfair to former smokers. For their incentive I find it appealing to save my fellows in the vaping community some money and time if they DIY. Some of you will make recipes gladly just for cost to friends. I do it all the time. Tobacco is already overpriced and unfair, so I think e-liquids should not be. Sometimes it takes a while to crack a new e-liquid but the wait is worth it if you love it. Just vape something you love till your favorite e-juice recipe is cracked. There are plenty of great liquids to easily make that are great. Even many that are much better than lots of commercial e-liquids. Happy Mixing peeps.

I have made some with spices and florals such, vanilla, anise, and saffron to name some. But it takes a lot of my time out of mixing. I do have some of my own custom base mixes. I frequent e liquid recipes a lot in spare time also. I love that site and have a lot of good mixologist friends on there. They help out tons. I got back on here because someone asked about a Hawk Sauce Clone. I have it,but I cannot message yet.

hello and welcome!

hmn ... a juice diy'er eh? maybe you can help me out a bit ... can you recommend a simple coffee blend? thing is, getting my hands on some flavors is a bit hard (there are online stores here, but most of the popular flavors get sold out quite fast, and restocking is very slow), so as simple as possible, or everything diy

Hi, and welcome to ECF. Glad to have you here. There is a pretty big and active DIY community here - look for the DIY Forum.

I have been trying to clone Ahlusion's Caramel Pear Black Tea for a bit. I am a new DIYer so not good at it. If you have a recipe or suggestions for me that would be great.

You should have fun here. This is a great bunch of people.

Ahlusion's Caramel Pear Black Tea

TFA Caramel Original 5%
FA Green Tea 3%
TFA Pear 3%
FA Fuji 2%
TFA Quince 2%
FA Fresh Cream 1%
FA Vienna Cream 1%

That's what I'd try by what I've researched thus far. It may be close or off a little. I did not check to see what flavor brands they use. Sometimes you can find out and sometimes not. I find that using good quality flavors can get you close though.

FA Espresso 2%
FA Vienna Cream 1.5%
FA Cream 1%

Any Espresso with cream and sweetener can be made good and simple, just start at low percent and go up according to your taste. Also, you can add your favorite nut, maybe use a french vanilla instead of cream and vienna.

Also would like to share that when I'm not cloning recipes, I am trying to perfect my own. My specialty recipes are desserts, custards and sweet tobaccos. I have a deep drive to create liquids that are euphoric and hard to put down. I have a few like that and it took a very long time to finish. Right now I'm working on a Cherimoya Custard and getting good results with my beginning recipe.

Thank you for that recipe. I will need to buy a few flavors. Quince? That seems like a strange one. I have found that the pear seems to be a bit forward and sharp. Maybe the Fuji and Quince will soften it and flesh it out a bit. I have used all TFA. From what I remember, Ahlusion makes their own flavors, I know they sell wholesale and will make eliquids for retailers as well as what they sell to us online.

Yes a few e-liquid vendors make their own flavors or at the least they say that they do. I speculate vendors may say they make their flavors in house just to make cloners think it's no use to even try to clone a certain e- liquid (this has happened before.)Even if they do in house flavors, you can still make one very similar. That's what this recipe does so try it and tweak it to your suiting. That's what the fun is in cloning, at least it is for me.
