Hi guys, my build seems to work fine and produces good vapor, but not as much as I was expecting regarding the build and materials I am using. I will post my build and materials below, but so far I suspect that either my wick or my wicking technique might be the culprit but now I am hearing something about 510 connections as well. The cotton I got seems pretty compressed and tight already, so I try to uncompress it as best I can. Ive tried Loose builds, tight builds, less cotton, more cotton, you name it.

I am using:
El Diablo 100% Authentic copper mod
Orbtronix SX30 30a continuous 60a pulse high drain IMR battery
El Diablo Baal rda/Mutation X v2 RDA/Mephisto V2 RDA
Suicide Bunny juice (70/30) VG/PG I believe
CVS untreated unbleached Cotton and Native Wicks cotton

The Build is:
22G Regular kanthal wire 6 wraps and also tried 5 wraps, at 0.2 - 0.3 Ohms
Dual Coil
Have also tried dual parallel 28G coils

All these ive mentioned have produce medium sized clouds with only enough density to see through the vapor at times, at best.

Looks to me like you'd be chucking clouds with that setup(s). The only culprit that rings to me might be your airflow. Is it light and airy or restricted? Other than that, I'd like to see what the experts have to say.

Well right now I have it opened fully, the Baal RDA has a total of 12 airholes, 6 on each side directly on the coil.

Ok guys heres 3 pictures of my build, I now changed my wick from sterile compressed cotton, to organic uncompressed fluffy cotton and my vapor seemed to improve a little bit.I think I built it a might look a little loose tbh, but everyone always says to wick so that theres only a little resistance when you pull on the cotton, but when I do the cotton tends to shrink.

you can use a bit more wick through the coil. I see slight gaps but they are probably caused when you tuck the ends under the coil. Cut your ends a little shorter so they just rest on the deck. That will open it up under the coil.
3mm i.d. 22g needs alot of air through and around the coil IME.

cool little cat BTW

Try disassembling the whole kit and kaboodle. Clean every place that metal meets metal. After basic cleaning, it's time for a lemon juice wash. Let the acid work for a couple of minutes. Then use a very mildly abrasive polish (flitz, brasso, or turtle wax rubbing compound) to polish every mating surface until shiny. Then q-tip in acetone, them q-tip in rubbing alcohol.

If a poorly conducting contact between two parts of the circuit is to blame, you will chase your tail for quite awhile. I was actually surprised when I did this with my nemmy. Both, by how many different places in this supposedly "simple" circuit depended on contact conductivity, as well as how much of a difference it made.

If you do the proper cleaning, a little silver bearing conductive grease might not go amiss.
