Not Happy... Received the same dead VV MOD after returning it.

I hate to write this but I am VERY upset that I received the exact same dead VV mod. I mean really?? Why would you send the same mod back to me after I spent my time and money returning it? Here's an excerpt from an e-mail I received yesterday from my ticket.

"A new VV mod was sent out to you on Wednesday. You should be receiving it any day.
Hope you have a good weekend.
Evan"

[FONT=Verdana, Geneva, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]I placed a small dot with a felt tip pen on the back of the dead MOD before I returned it. Ten days later when I received my "NEW replacement" I opened the box and to my surprise, I see the same dot? This usually wouldn't bother me very much but I needed another MOD ASAP. I have been a loyal customer since 5/17/10. I have also sent a couple dozen customers to your website and handed out your business cards to potential vapers.[/FONT]

ID:YUEYWDLXA2 Hoog, I received this e-mail today from my ticket....

When we received you mod, we tested it here and it was working on 4 different sets of batteries and it was vaping without any issues.
Please return the mod and we will replace it this time for you.
