I am returning the kit...sure wish the last order that is on the way didn't come. Unfortunately I don't believe what Mark has told me. First ..you have to mention VG in comments(didn't know that and didn't see anything on website to tell me that and then the picture on the website for utimate ultimatium shows a single and multi logo batteries. I got both that are multi logo(old style). He stated didn't have that color in single. I thought this was supposed to be a great company. I don't feel that way at all.

I know from a previous post they are expecting massive shipments including batteries. The multi logo are both old and new varieties, the way to tell the difference is in the cut off time. I'm sorry it didn't work out as you expected but I'm sure they will refund you for your return.

Thanks..now off to find another company.

I'm sorry you feel that way, everything I told you in the PM's was true.

mark do you plan on quality control getting better in the future ? you sent me a replacement battery that i have not used much but it is not wanting to engage . the battery is an auto you sent to replace a manual as requested . this is more to inform you . I do not want it replaced . I would like to see better quality control before I do ever decide to order from v4l again . you sent replacements on a total of 3 batteries now and the replacements were as bad as the ones replaced . I do not want to order at least hardware from v4l due to I am afraid of hardware not working correctly .

Well nobody can please everybody 100%. When I used to run a gas station, I had a customer come in, get a cup of coffee, and pull out a thermometer to check the temperature of the coffee. She started yelling about how the coffee was only 185 degrees instead of the 210 degrees she wanted it to be. She didn't even give us the chance of remaking the coffee (even though it was fresh and at the correct temp) before throwing the cup at a display of chips and saying she'll NEVER shop there again.

Sometimes people are just angry and there's nothing you can do to help no matter what you try.

It's sad that customers have gotten so spoiled that they demand everything right everytime with no consideration to mistakes happening.

The worst (and best) thing to happen to retail businesses is "The Customer is Always Right". It's a good attitude to have as the business, but very bad for the customer to think that's always the case.
