I do agree it seems like people are quick to come to the forum and complain before even contacting the vender. As an owner of an online business (not e-cigs) I see this all too often. It is really unfair to the seller. They can not fix it if they don't know there is a problem. I do most of my purchasing online these days of all sorts of things. I seldom shop in stores any more. In 10 years I have only had one online seller that wouldn't help me with a problem. V4L has been fantastic with a couple issues I had. Val even wrote me back at like 5am one time.

People please give the seller a chance to help you. You might be surprised. Treat the seller with respect and you will get respect and help in return.

Ok that's more than 2 cents worth :)

It's sad that customers have gotten so spoiled that they demand everything right everytime with no consideration to mistakes happening.

The worst (and best) thing to happen to retail businesses is "The Customer is Always Right". It's a good attitude to have as the business, but very bad for the customer to think that's always the case.

Agreed. However, sometimes when you deal with a company where the last thing the rep on the other end does is LISTEN, until you *are yelling* at them you tend to become jaded when dealing with any company, thinking they are only out to get their hands in to your pockets and make their profit. Customer Service is a vanishing and "dark art" in the world of business anymore. For instance, why the HECK should I tip you because you are smart enough to know how to push buttons on a register, take my cash, and turn around to get my food when the short order cook puts it under the heat lamps? That is part of your JOB.

I don't expect companies to give away their products...Far from it. I expect a company to stand behind their promises, and deliver on them. Don't say "WE stand 100% behind our QUALITY product" then expect ME to foot the bill when your "quality" product arrives in trash can ready condition....

P.S. I am not saying this is the case in this situation, rather this may be the reason why so many seem to be taking their greivences public first, rather then trying to settle their dispute through the companie's channels....Squeaky wheel syndrome...

I love V4L, they are sure not perfect but I really do honestly feel after dealing with them so many months and from communication on the forums here that they are an honest company who is working hard and growing fast.

Problems do happen and it sure sucks when they happen to you so I can understand Jags disappointment. If he feels he needs a refund and to shop elsewhere then don't be hard on him guys, it's his money and his choice where he spends it.

Vape on all!

I've not heard of no freebies in any order. Didn't think this was possible. Figured it was a V4L "calling card" of sorts to always throw something else in the bag. Even if it was just 1 carto.

No, I only get the freebies occasionally. I also use the discount code, so that counts as a freebie to me.

I've been totally happy with V4L - my first order was perfect, got cool freebies, and have had no problems with the products.

I also don't understand people who come to a forum to vent their frustrations before even attempting to settle it privately with the company.
I totally agree!!Its always nicer to give them a chance to fix it!!;)

I work as a waitress, and I know how upset people can get over the tiniest of details. For example, I once had a table walk out on the bill because we ran out of oil and vinegar. We never know how someone's day is going. If only we could have the ability to know what one another is thinking.

Occasionally I get upset with something that happens with my order, but I know I'll be placing another order probably the next day or the day after, and I know to just put it in the comments section and it is taken care of.

.... happens, people aren't perfect, but I know I won't find 80+ flavors anywhere else. I know I won't find a warrantee like this anywhere else. You always get a dud every once in awhile, this is a fairly new technology, it isn't completely solid yet. But I understand people'e frustrations, when we were smoking cigarettes, we never got one or two cigs that wouldn't LIGHT. Lol.

As a nurse, I often feel like a waitress with an advanced degree... only my customers walk out when we run out of dilaudid.. ;-)

Um, I know this is OT but... I've worked as a waitress before, and you do know that we are lucky to get paid like $3.00/hr? Yeah, T.I.P.S. (To Insure Proper Service) ARE our wage. Unless your talking about fast food, then no, but there are no short order cooks in fast food!

BTT: Yes, I believe that a person should contact the company personally first before making your complaints/problems public.

For what it's worth, I tried various ways and means to contact them. I believe Mark when he said he didn't get them because within 3 minutes of me posting on this thread, my issue was resolved. My partner and I use Vapor4Life exclusively and we love them. So do the countless other people I've steered their way...

Thanks again, Mark!
