I ordered new e liquid from a new vendor receintly and put it in my tank. (eGo t type a). There is good flavor and good th(almost to much really...lol), just not much vapor (hardly any) when blowing it out. I ordered it in a 85%pg 15%vg. 18mg nicotine if that factors in. When I use my "older" liquid there is no problems, lots of vapor. Not sure the ratios but 24 mg nicotine. Im assuming this is because of the pg/vg ratio am I right?!!!? If I am right is there a way to mix in a little more vg and have it make more vapor without totally ruining it? The flavor is great, th a little "harsh" to me still. If I can mix in vg please tell me how. My bottles are 10 ml bottles. So what all would I need to buy and how do I do this. Any help?!?!?! ~thank you~

Zerd-if your offering to teach me DIY im all ears.....LOVE to learn it!!!!

(would also like to "fix" these flavors just a little bit in the process. Love the taste, dont wanna not use them because of vapor production and have them wasted ya know...lol)

These flavors are all "sweet" type flavors too if that helps/matters. I have heard vg has a little "sweetness" to it?!?

Adding VG into your liquid will dilute the flavor. And adding just a few drop of VG won't magically produce a lot more vapor. And yes VG taste more sweeter than PG.

As for DIY, it is really easy, grab some empty bottles, seringue, VG, PG, nicotine and flavorings and mix them together. Just be careful of nicotine, don't put any on your hand, else just wash your hands right after and store the bottle somewhere safe.

Empty bottles, seringues : almost all websites sells those.
PG : local pharmacy, wal-mart (ask over the counter for propylene glycol)
VG : some people gets them at local pharmacy, I never found it so I get them here : Glycerin Vegetable USP 99.5%
Nicotine : few websites sells it, my last bottle was from rtsvapes.com
Flavorings : check out perfurmer's apprentice or lorann's official website

It's not even a big investment in money, just in your time to test what flavors in what concentration you like. Once you find what you like, it cost like 1 cent per ml !

And finally you'll need a DIY calculator, there's quite a few out there like this one :

DIY is a little above me still, im trying to learn though....until then....to add vg are we talking a few drops to the whole 10 ml bottle to add a little bit or?!?! Like, how much vg to make it like 30 ish percent vg? And how bad will that wreck the flavoring?

7.5 ml VG would make it 70/30.

This is pretty much true!

If you want to try DIY, just buy the supplies and get going. There really isn't that much to it. Make sure you use a good e-liquid calculator and the rest is just following a recipe.

When he says to make sure not to get any nic on your hands, I'll take that a step further and say Always Wear Gloves! Even though 60mg/ml or even 100mg/ml really doesn't seem like a lot of nic, it can still cause you some unwanted effects if it gets into your skin and eyes. At a minimum I always tell people to wear vinyl or latex gloves...goggles wouldn't hurt either, you only get one set of eyes!

This is a link to the best e-liquid calculator I've found. It's the only one I've seen that takes every chemical into account. It accounts for the nicotine base, the flavoring base and anything else you put into your mix so you know the exact amounts of every chemical in your juice.

One hint I will offer is with flavorings....always start with 1% or 2%. I found that out the hard way. The first batch of RY4 I mixed, I put in 20% flavor because it didn't have much taste after mixing it at 5%. Well, I didn't know about steeping and a few days later I had a bottle of the strongest flavored RY4 you could imagine...it was horrible!

As far as your current problem, I suggest what the last few posters said. Just order more of the same juice from the vendor and this time make it 100% glycerin based. Mix them together and you will get the same flavor and nicotine content but with the added glycerin for vapor. I will say though that thinking that adding VG will magically make huge vapor isn't exactly correct. I know people say that VG gives more vapor and it does, but it's not really a giant difference IMO. Better vapor comes from better equipment in my experience.

Are you looking for a longterm involvement into DIY or a quick fix?
I'm presuming a quick fix.
This is what I would do:
Go to Walmart, and with the bandages and first-aid, you will see a bottle of thick, clear liquid. That is Vegetable Glycerin. It costs about $4, so make sure this is what you get.
If your original 10 ml bottle was 85/15, then that bottle contains approximately 1.5 ml of VG. I wouldn't add more that 1 ml to your original 10 ml.. the taste will become too diluted and the nic level might drop too low.
The vapor production should improve for you without making the juice taste too bad.
If you want to get into DIY, read all the tutorials and start slowly, especially with concentrated nic juice.
