I ordered a new Grand last week, and when I got my order confirmation, I did an "aww crap" moment. I ordered the wrong color scheme from what I wanted. I was contemplating ordering another one in my most wanted colors, but just said screw it, I can deal with what I mistakingly ordered. Finally got to the P.O today to pick up my new Grand, opened it up.......and I got the colors I wanted. Somehow to a weird twist of fate, the "porkies" packed the wrong color according to the slip and confirmation, but sent the one I REALLY wanted!!

Yep, if he had what you wanted and you pm'ed/emailed/or called him before it was shipped he'd go out of his way to make sure you were happy and got the mod you wanted. Rob's just like that!
