I've had a GGTS and an Ithaka since this past summer. I've built coils and gotten great vapes in the past, but over the last few months my vape with the combination of my Ithaka and GGTS has been... unsatisfying.

When I put my Ithaka (single 1.3-ohm, 29awg coil for troubleshooting) on my GGTS with a fresh battery, I get very little vapor and overall poor performance. If I take my Ithaka and put it on my Provari I get plenty of vapor, flavor, throat hit, etc. If I put my HH.357 on my GGTS, it performs beautifully. So, the weak link seems to be the Ithaka/GGTS combination. My batteries meter out fine and appear to be in good working order.

Today, I went through and took everything all the way apart and cleaned it thoroughly, including cleaning/polishing threads of everything with toothpaste, and making sure I really scrubbed the center post on the Ithaka. I even took pipe cleaners to the tiny parts, just to make sure there wasn't any crud. It performed *ok* for approximately three toots before going back to producing very little vapor production and nearly zero throat hit.

Currently, I'm using 20/80, 8mg juice. As I mentioned, placing the atomizer on another device, or another atomizer on the device works fine. I also have a Reo Grand/RM2 running a 1.3 ohm, 29awg coil with the same juice, and it performs as I expect it to.

Any advice on what I'm missing? Thanks in advance.

as your GGTS perform well with other ATTY
and your Ithaka perform well with other mod
and your battery is ok.
then all your devices by themselves are ok.

then what remain is to check that when you screw Ithaka to GGTS CT or Stealth cap
this connection is made well and firm, and that it's stay so with continuance use.

My Friend I can help you. Since you mentioned you cleaned your threads and did the toothbrush method Ill show you how I do mine first hand and maybe if you give it another go the way i do it it should give you way better results.

You will need neverdull so you can also clean the battery contacts as well as the GG contacts.
Ill start making the video now and once its done I'll post it. Maybe there is a step that you may have not done and it can make a huge difference.
