nyiddle, where is your trusted source for batteries?

Illumn.com (mentioned above) is pretty decent. I have gotten a few batteries off KidneyPuncher in the past, also RTDVapor is a great choice. There's one more big site in specific that I'm forgetting..

I got my Samsung 25R's in a group-buy deal, price came out to ~30$ for 4 (most sites sell individual 25R's for 12$+).

I found the Samsung 25R batteries on VapeClub (who I use alot for my liquids and coils so trust). Can anyone just confirm these are definitely what I need before I order:

I own both an Istick 20 and a Sigeli 100W (V1). And amongst other mods, I use the Sigeli 100W for most day to day uses. Throughout the day, I use the Sigeli 100W at 30W with a .7 ohm build on a RTA. For me, that provides enough vapor for my all day vape, and I rarely stray from those settings. i Have two PVSTO 20a continuous/35a pulse batteries that are the main batteries for it, and they work fine. They take about 3-4 hours to charge, and that's the main time I use my Istick... I'll run the istick at 1.2 ohms @ 15-20w, and it sufficies until my Sigeli is fully charged.

Now, there's something to be concerned with about the Sigeli. For one, the size does matter, and it will become more apparent when summer comes along. Usually, I buy seasons tickets to Six Flags, which is a huge amusement park. Riding a ride with the Sigeli is not a good idea because of it's size. It's not an easy mod to pocket while on a roller coaster. It's also too heavy to wear around your neck. Chances are, I'll use it on the way there, but it'll probably stay in the car when I get there. That's where the Istick comes into play. It'll provide me with a decent ammount of vape for when I make a vape stop, and there is a foldable 510 connector. I am thinking of finding a small cell phone case and wear it on my belt.

Maybe my experiences will help you decide on what to get. I highly recommend the Sigeli 100w... it's been my go to device, and it is a solid mod with plenty of options. The Istick does have it's uses,a nd is a good mod as well. I am currently looking at the Sigeli 30w Mini which offers a removable battery, and maybe trying the Istick flip connector for it.

As far as those Samsung batteries, those are good batteries and will work just fine. As a matter of fact, I have some in transit to my house as we speak. I do a lot of my ordering from China, so I expect shipping to take forever and a day, but I have a decent setup until they arrive. I don't recommend buying batteries from China unless you have a few months to wait.. and yes, I'm talking months, not weeks. I bought my PVSTO batteries locally from a brick and mortar, but paid double for them.

I love my Sigeleis. My istick 50W is getting longer battery life though than my Sig 100W Either would be good if you're seaking longer battery life. The istick is more portable because its amazingly small for a two battery mod. The chip in the istick is nearly as accurate as the Yihi sx330 chip.

Lol that they do, I just realized I made a bit of an error in what I was saying. I got 2x Samsung 25R's for about 15$.

I got 4x LG 18650HE4 35A 2500mAh @ the 30$/4 group buy price. I haven't really seen these batteries available anywhere else.

I use the Efest LUC V4 and charge my batteries at 1A (although I know some people that charge at .5A -- I don't think that's necessary for 18650 batteries). I've heard that 2A is not advisable, but in a rush I've done it to get some batteries ready before I have to head out. Takes about 30-45 minutes from dead, but I don't think it's good for the cells.

As I'm not going to be going over 50W I'm assuming the 20A will be more than sufficient? I'd rather not skimp on the cost of batteries so happy to spend more on the best possible batteries.

35A batteries don't exist as far as I'm aware.

Baditude has a blog post where he talks about how the "35A" Efests are actually just rewrapped LG HE2's (which have a 20A continuous amp limit). You're better off getting an authentic 20A battery than one that's falsely labeled as 35A, but you're correct, most people shouldn't be approaching near 20A -- there's no reason for that much power.

Don't get me wrong, I have a pair of Efest 35A's and they work fine. It's just that they're advertised as 35A, when really they're just LG HE2's which have a continuous amp limit of 20A. They're fine batteries as long as you're not trying to test that 35A limit.

Sigelei is a great mod. I only have the 30w but I have not one complaint about it. I chose the 30 because it's easier to carry around at work but I may eventually pick up a 50 or 100 to use elsewhere. I use it for my atlantis and also my Lemo.

Going to take the plunge and get the 100w plus. Myepack (which seems to have a good reputation) is out of stock in the black version. Liberty flights has both the mod and the Purple - Efest IMR 18650 35a 3.7v (2500mah) batteries in stock. Never used this supplier before, has anyone else?

I am one of quite a few vapers who boycott Liberty Flights. It's a very long story. I'm not going into it, but it involves consciously ripping people off.

I am glad to hear that.
Vapers make out like "we're all together" (and all that BS), but most people seem happy to take their 20% facebook discount and let everyone else pay through the nose.
(That's not the main reason, by the way).
