I am new to vaping, and I got some Tonic USA peachy menthol that I really enjoyed. I wanted to duplicate it sorta half-DIY but it isn't working. I got some FSUSA peach 80/20 pg/vg 30mg with two "extra flavoring" doses. I also got a separate bottle of menthol flavoring. My plan, since I had been vaping 18mg, was to add vg and menthol drops to the peach to get it to the right nic level and still be flavorful enough, etc.

Fail. It doesn't taste like anything. Not peach, not menthol. I used 1ml of the peach, .5ml of the vg, and 5 drops menthol flavoring. It's so tasteless I am wondering if the freedomsmokers USA people forgot to put peach flavoring in it. Even the pure peach bottle doesn't even smell. Like, at all....

Only thing I can think is since my original oeach menthol I loved so much was from a different vendor and it's apples to oranges, and maybe the VG is masking my flavor. Anyone have any other ideas?

Have you tried the peach juice on its own to see how peachy it is? Assuming that it's fine, then...

you might have better luck trying a concentrated flavoring rather than a peachy premix. In your mix, you've diluted the peach juice quite a lot. Your end result in 2/3 as "peachy" as the original juice. Sometimes the line between mostly unflavored and fully flavorful can be a bit thin.

Also, 5 drops of menthol in 1.5 ml of juice sounds like an awful lot. It's possible that the menthol is hiding the (already weakened) peach.

Thanks for your reply. I actually just tried it by itself for the first time and while the th is stronger, the peach is all bit invisible. I would have thought with the extra flavor doses added it would be a very powerful taste. I guess I will have to either go full DIY on this one to up the flavor, or stick with the original I liked so much. Thanks again.
