I posted a few weeks back thinking one was dead. Turned out it was just flooded. No more problems til now, because I started draining them after a day or 2 of use.

Now I know 2/3 batteries I am using are fading, and same with my attys.

The question I have is this. I thought the atty would not get hot when it dies.

Right now, I put a charged battery on my 510, filled the cart ( but not over filled) and the atty is getting hot, just not the 510 puff I am used to. Its almost nonexistent.

Not sure what I should be focusing on, but somethings not right.

Any Ideas ?

There should be a 'happy medium' as far as juice on the atty. Totally dry attys die. Flooded attys don't work but aren't dead. The way I wake up an atty is I put mine on the passthru so I know it isn't a battery problem and because I'm going to drip - and drip three drops directly on the atomizer bridge and then some huffing and puffing until you see lots of vapor. After that regular draws.

Also I take a quetip to the battery well (or passthru well) and make sure the threads are clean on both the batt/PT and atty. A little everclean on the quetip first and then a dry one.
