I looked up my choice of analogs Nic level and found it was 1mg of nic per cig, so it closely emulated the 16mg Mint i ordered..im vaping all day, its my new favorite toy and it totally takes away the need of an analog...but I feel like I vape more now then when I smoked analogs. I feel like if I up the Nic level to 24mg I might want more when my body gets used to it..but I dont feel like.."ok I can stop vaping now, I'm satisfied) I only say so because I can go through a carto a day..and thats a little on the expensive side, I havent started refilling because I'm new to this world of vaping and haven't looked into the How to or this works with bloog stuff...I dont want to order stuff that works for an advanced vaper and it gets in my newbie hands and I cant make it work.

Opinions and thoughts on the situation appreciated.:)

as far as upping nic.. it very subjective like flavor... helps some vape less (me at times) ...some vape the same and it gives them a headache (also me at times)

so much differs person to person it's a lot of trial and error....

I seem to be only able to vape grape or watermelon ....i have now tired over 30 flavors!!! i like some but not for all day vaping... basically even though flavors like snickers and butterfinger sound appealing ...after 3 puffs i am like ok enough of this...

I actually have two batteries sitting next to me all the time. Both with the same flavor (menthol), but each with a different mg of nicotine. The reason I do this is because, at first, I bought 24 mg. But that gave me a bit of a headache pretty easily and I couldn't vape as often as I wanted to. So then I tried 18 mg, but I kept feeling like I needed an analog, and I was vaping constantly. So now I vape the lesser one, which is 18 mg, most of the time. I vape the higher one, which is 24 mg, when I feel I NEED an analog. Not sure if this would work for you, or anyone else, but it's what I feel I need to do to stay smoke free.

Like all drugs, nicotine builds tolerance, so don't bump up if you don't have to. My wife and I started with 11mg, and with effort were able to stop smoking, but I was constantly vaping to get my fix. We hiked to 18 went we got the bloogs. My wife vapes much less now. Initially I did too, but not anymore. On card night, my friend's 24 used to feel like a truck hit me after 6 vapes, but not anymore. I just need to learn to slow down. The problem is it's too convenient. I plan to stay with 18 on menthol, and drop back to 11 on black licorice because I vape that way too much. Everyone's different, so find what works for you.

Bloogs blow through juice crazy fast, but in a crazy good way, so definitely buy some juice and refill to keep it economical. It can be a little messy if you aren't careful, but it's easy, even easier if you get syringes. Oh wait, no, refilling is incredibly difficult. Send me your cartos and I'll dispose of them properly after I mod them. ;)

I started out on the 36mg V4L cartos. I think this helped me kick analogs cuz by upping my nic level .... an analog cig didnt give me my fix anymore ... and it tasted gross.

M initial intention was to use the e-cig as a quitting tool. Every 6 weeks or so I dropped down a nic level. V4L has alot of levels, so the changes were mostly unnoticed. 36, 24, 18, 11, 8, 4, and 0. I actually vaped zero nicotine for 2 weeks.

Nicotine level definately affects flavor and throat hit. It is very frustrating to find out ... your fav all day vape is just not the same at a different nic level. I found that at zero nic level, not many flavors had much of a TH.

I decided that I love vaping, and the risk to my health was minimal compared to analogs, so I went back up to the lowest mg which was 4mg at the time. been happy ever since.

Then I met Bloog and they are amazing ...lol. 6mg please!

So My suggestion to you, or anybody ... Is to wean yourself down to the lowest possible nic level. Do it over a long period so its not even noticeable. Then you can truly say your vaping because you love it, and you want to. Not just because your a slave to nicotine. :)

And definately get yourself some juice. try ALOT of flavors. Most of them you are going to hate .... or love at first then tire of. Some will become your favs. :) I just got 3 small sample bottles from Backwoods Brew and they are very good .... hopefully I can refrain from vaping them long enough to let them steep properly. "Put the BWB Down!" Back away slowly. lol

Good luck man!

24mg can be a bit strong for me. I've vaped at the computer, not paying much attention, and basically ODed on nicotine, to the point where I felt ill and had to go lay down. I reserve 24mg for morning now, or sometimes after meals, or when consuming adult beverages.

If you're happy at 16mg, I'd try to stay there, even if you're chain-vaping. I wish Bloog had 18mg, because that's a happy medium for me.

And remember, cartos are $2.00 each -- hardly expensive compared to what you were spending on cigarettes if you only go through one a day.

Bloogs blow through juice crazy fast...

I don't find that to be true at all. I've had other 808 cartos, and they seem very similar in vaping time and juice required. I started vaping with 510 attys on 510 and eGo batteries, and with the Bloog I consume the same roughly 1.5-2ml a day as I did with those. This isn't some LR atty on a 6V mod...

+1

Although I do find that some pre-filled cartos seem to be a bit underfilled.
