Here's my all time favourite guitar player performing with Holland Metropole Orchestra. The song is called "Lotus Feet" and I'm just amazed how much dynamics there is! By dynamics I mean a difference between gentle and soft playing versus aggressive style -the whole range of that if you will. It is just mind boggling...and all of that accompanied by the talent of him is just unreal! Jeebus dude, as Homer would say...

Hmm. I just had a flashback and I remembered that once upon a time there was a Finnish band who was just about to make it. They were gigging with bands like mötley crue and they sort of raised from the ground to the rock'n'roll heaven. Sort of...I guess they were a bit late or a $ short...

Marviner, I hope you didn't take my comment as a slight. Just a poor attempt at a little humor. I actually like medieval music too. I saw Stanley Jordan on the promo. Are you familiar with his work? Awesome player with tapping style, that allows chords and melody to be played at the same time.

I hear ya DS, feel the same way. My first show was after the hiatus and it was the last free concert in Golden Gate park. It was the Kantner Slick band (post Airplane pre Starship) and then Jerry and friends (the Dead). That's all it took !!! Those 3+ years with Keith and Donna were my favorite.
