OK, at the risk of overdoing it . . . I'll spare all the wonderful aspects and stories of this day, but the energy during this song was . . . well, the end of almost a 20 year gap. (Too bad the camera isn't in the best area.)

Nice 5c. I have no idea how to post music vids but I really like AC DC's Hell's Bells.
So every new year's eve the Dead would play in SF. There would be an opening band(s) and the Dead would come out at midnight. The Winterland ballroom, a great rock venue at that time, was slated to be demolished. NYE '79 the Blues Brothers opened. The Dead came out at midnight and played until 6 am. As we walked out of the place, we were greeted to a full catered breakfast. One of if not the greatest concert I ever been to

Well, I guess I'll continue with the theme. I've been listening to a lot of AC/DC over the past day. (IDK why, LOL.)
Bon Scott had a good voice, and a tragic life. This song was supposed to be about both touring, and the nickname of the highway that went past one of his favorite pubs. Sad how it was to be his end.
The best Fran !!! I saw the Dead or Jerry (my avi) or Bobby 160+ times. We'd 5 nights in a row and maybe hear two songs twice.
Kaufman was either brilliant or insane or both, but could never get enough of him. Good stuff kitty
