Well, I've been playing guitar for about 20 years (as a hobby) but there has been few periods (especially in late 90's) when I wasn't playing much at all.
I noticed you picked videos which guitar players were featured. Nothing wrong with that.
I guess that's true. I listen quite much of guitar music, or other music which has guitar as an essential element. My favorite guitar players include names like Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Jimi Hendrix, Richie Blackmore... you get the picture. The list goes on and on 
Our nation absolutely loves heavy/metal music. It's more popular here than anywhere else in the whole world. Maybe that says something about the mentality of our people - I don't know...

Here's something to cheer Bovinia up (I hope...) I first saw/heard this incredible one-woman band on late night TV and it was love at first sight!!! She lives in New Orleans now, but is originally from Sweden...
