I remember about 10 yrs. ago I went to a Credence Clearwater concert at the fair and went to get some food. The girl behind the counter ask if I was enjoying the fair and I told her I was there for the Credence Clearwater. She replied I don't think I ever heard of them. That's when I started feeling old.

I never could stand CCR... LOL!!

Although I not only felt old, but kinda warm and fuzzy inside, too, when I went to see a recreation of Genesis' "The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway" and some of the people had brought their kids (mostly teenagers) with them!! They were breeding the next generation of 'ProgHeads'...

I must be getting old. I didn't know Elvis Presley or Costello was spam. Be nice kitty Cat or I'll take away your yarn ball.

And No, I don't think any particular artist would be considered 'spam'... just somebody posting randomly 5-6 times in a row without even taking a breath in between...

And please don't take away my ball of yarn... :(

Although I did get to see Genesis on the 'Selling England' tour, I missed my chance to see TLLDOB... :(

But these guys are the next best thing to being there... just PLEASE don't call them a 'tribute band'!!

They have had original band members come to their shows, and even sit in with them... and for this one,
they were given the slides that had been used in the original show, and the old LD to help them with the timing of it, too... :D
