Here's an old one redone by one of my favorite artist with some famous help as well

OMG!! That was such a great show... and shot at Todd's house instead of Darryl's!!

They actually had Darryl's house on part of one of those "This Old House" shows on PBS, too... but nothing like being in Hawaii... :D

Todd is playing here in a small club sometime in the near future, and it's been a while since I've seen him... gotta start saving up for it now!!

First time I saw him was with Utopia, in about 1975, but this was the closest thing I could find...

I also knew the drummer who was with him in The Nazz, Thom Mooney.
He lived down here for a while and played with some of my friends, but was living up in WA State last I heard...

I saw him 3 times in those years one of the most entertaining concerts ever, the tour between Ra and Oops Wrong Planet. The one where the first part was A Wizard a True Star type songs, in white T-shirts and jeans then put on their prog act with larger than life props and the stainless steel ankh guitar that reflected back in the crowd wow great memories. Fountains, playing from a 25' tall pyramid which he did a flip off of, flashing eyed Sphinx good.

For some reason, he seemed (seems?) to like playing the smaller clubs around here... I saw him a couple of times at one here right in my town, and the one he is coming to soon is in the neighboring town that I lived in for almost 25 yrs. (little beach communities).

And one of the most fun was the Tiki Bar (?) tour... where they did one set of regular songs, and then came back dressed in Hawaiian shirts and the stage had all kinds of tiki torches, statues, and a thatched roof bar... playing a bunch of old lounge songs (ha!) Prairie Prince was on drums that time... :D

Always loved him as a drummer... and especially in the Tubes!! Those guys still like playing down here, too... ;)

Been awhile. To think todays music evolved from these great artists.

I think most of the music I listen to evolved from artists even further back... like Mozart and Beethoven... :D LOL!!
(and I love the looks on the girls faces trying to dance to this!!)
