lmfao so what's your note to self moments?

so I'm sitting here talking to my 4 year old while trying to unscrew my tank i just put on from my pv to add the beauty ring and not watching what I was doing....

note to self, next time pay attention....

all of a sudden I feel warmth on my hand and hear a soft splosh on the floor.

Instead of the whole tank unscrewing just the top part of the tank unscrewed while the base stayed connected to the pv and now my lovely 3ml of tasty juice (wow sounds so wrong) is all over the mod, my hand and the floor.

Note to self,,,,,,,next time you fill the tank,,,,make sure you screw the top back on ALL the way.

Same here. I can't tell you how many times I've taken off the wrong part to refill and then have liquid everywhere. Duh. You'd think I learn the first time. Apparently not.

Good one last night when trying to troubleshoot these EVOD tanks.

Washed the 3 tanks, filled them, was changing the coils on all - or so I thought. Screwed one into the battery, turned it to soak the wick and took a nice long drag on it - without the coil.

Yep, vapes much better than it tastes.

My husband did that one time when he was trying one of my juices, back when I still used clearos. I have those "Note to self..." moments a lot.

My most recent was probably

"Note to self: The 510 connection on your carto does NOT go inside your tank," because I was in a hurry throwing my carto-tank together the other day and ended up pushing the bottom too fast/hard and almost lost my juice.

note to self: when dry burning coils, let the base sit and cool down before trying to immediately remove from pv

Before getting all POed and pitching out a coil you rebuilt that doesn't register on your ohm reader make sure you push that bottom piece back into the coil, ya know, the piece that actually makes battery contact......

I went to a B&M yesterday and bought 7x30ml bottles. The clerk pulled them out of the ziplock baggie to confirm the items. Put them back in the baggie and off I went. 75 miles later, I got home and noticed the baggie was wet inside. The lid wasn't on fully on one of the bottles. About half a bottle gone. (sigh)

Note to Self ... lock my mech before I set it down when its in 18650 mode, because next time I may experience a lot worse than a almost too handle to handle mech!

Most of my mechs do not fire under their own weight in 18650 mode, except one ... and when I switch back to using this "one", I sometimes forget that this particular mech needs to be locked before setting it down. I deep fried an entire tank of my favorite ADV
