I received my last order yesterday, and while it's true that the MaxxFusion cartos seem to last forever, nothing beats a fresh set of carts. I've been refilling 3 blanks (from my original order) for 3 weeks and, while still good, they don't hold a candle to a fresh set of cartos. Going forward I'll limit the number of refills to around 20 and then toss them (they are "disposable" after all).
I got some pre-filled RY4, the non-tobacco sampler, and another set of blanks. The RY4 is tasty -- I ordered the Tribeca (from Halo) to pair with it. I'm going to let it steep for a couple of days and we'll see how it compares.
