I cant confrim it a 100 percent but it looks as if viart is their ecommerce provider and web host. They have likely pulled the entire web site down to fix the issues it was having.
Will the orders that made it through be fulfilled?
You would be surprised how many vendors do run their business out of their homes and work a full time job on top of it. This is a VERY competitive business and unless youre running a mall kiosk selling el cheapo disposables for 80 bucks a kit there isnt a lot of profit in it. A LOT of vendors on here do it because they vape themselves (I know Ben and Christy do) and want to to give something back to the community so cut them some slack.
They also just moved from Texas to California and reduced all their stock to make it easier (can you imagine having to move 8+ hours away and hauling a U-haul trailer full of nicotine, flavoring and glass beakers?)and a few weeks later Ben had some serious heart issues that hes been dealing with and THEN when they finally get the ingredients for Bobas and Gorilla Juice the website breaks from such a high demand.
Do you feel like a selfish ... yet because you should? I understand your frustration but sometimes it helps to put yourself in someone elses shoes for a minute before getting irate.The site will be fixed as fast as they can and Im sure both Ben and Christy are working their butts off to fill all their orders.
Just saw this on the AVE Facebook page as well ... those of you who got thru, it appears you shall have your orders:
All of the orders that came in Friday morning before and during the mishap are packed and will ship this weekend. It is taking a very long time to ship because we are typing in all of the addresses manually. We should have these done some time in the middle of tonight, then we will ship them likely Monday at 8am. (No point in shipping Sunday)
I am sure Ben and Christy are doing everything in their power to make sure the rest of us can get our "fix" in a fair amount of time. I mean really, staying up thru the night to type in addresses manually ... that is to be commended and show "love" for their customers. Besides, there ARE some things in life that are worth waiting for. Just my two cents.

After your inflammatory novel above, I do have a better understanding of everything going on with AVE--- but it's not something that's apparent to new customers or people new to vaping.

any new updates as of today..............I am a newb too and am just wondering how to process my saved cart..........lol I sent a ticket to them as well but I am worried they wont get it until the website is fixed. Calling but straight to voicemail.
I have no problem waiting but if there is some other way to get my order in I would like to know. Just don't know what the best way to get a hold of them is. I can wait for the web to be up if that is what I have to do.
