Nova problem

Hi I need some help, One of my 2 nova clearomizer seems to be having problems.
I screw it on my ego and it sometimes work and sometimes doesnt work.
I have to screw it and unscrew it many times and after a while it works for a little bit then stops working and I have to screw and unscrew it again many times until it starts working again.
My other nova is working fine on same device.
Anyone knows what could cause this???

Did you try cleaning it

Sometimes the connection pin of ego seem to be pressed down if you screw on very tight, you might try to pry it up a bit and see if it work

The pin on the battery could be pushed down from over tightening. Try prying it up a little with a small screwdriver or paperclip.

If the other Vivi works fine on the battery look at the center pin on your problematic vivi it should stick down to the same length as your working one if you compare the two. If it doesn't come out as far you can gently lift it using a small jewellers screwdriver or pin.
