Vivi Nova keeps dropping connection?

This is turning out to be a major pain, I have the Vivi Nova 2.5, everything is screwed down as tight as it can be on the Nova but in order to get it to work I seem to constantly have to poke up the center pin in my batteries, and it works for a day, sometime a few hours and then it goes again.

This morning for example in bed I lifted the VN and the battery was firing but no kick from the VN even though I had been using it lastnight before bed. So again had to poke the battery center pin, this is all well and good if I am at home and can do this, but if out and about with nothing to poke the center pin I am screwed.

Anyone else having a similar issue or know a cure?

Don't crank down your device so hard. It just has to be snug. You are forcing the pin down by over tightening.

Never screw any topper down really tight just until it makes connection and doesn't wobble. What kind of battery are you using?

I just got one today...same problem with my VTR if I screw it down too tight, just snug and it is fine, mostly. If not, I just give it a little wiggle and that has fixed it so far.
